Natural sweeteners — a monk fruit and allulose powder that replaces sugar spoon for spoon, in a 400 g box or a resealable 400 g jar, plus monk fruit drops and stevia drops for drinks. None of them contains erythritol, so there is no cooling aftertaste.

Sea buckthorn pulp — a 500 ml concentrate of whole sea buckthorn berries, sharp and sour, diluted before drinking. No added sugar, water or preservatives.

Food grade baking soda — a 1 kg pack of sodium bicarbonate for cakes, dhokla and khaman batters, and around the home.
