Processing: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Shipping rates: Free shipping on orders of ₹499 and above. Orders below ₹499 pay a flat ₹49. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery time: 4–8 business days across India, including dispatch. Our courier partners are Delhivery and Shiprocket.

Tracking: You receive a tracking link by email or SMS within 24 hours of dispatch.

Damaged or lost parcels: Sonveer Enterprise (brand: Saline Food) is responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos to info@saline.in or WhatsApp +91 90992 81009, and we will replace or refund.
